Ah, hey folks. sorry about lack of post yesterday. Had my first day of my Insanity training program and I just finished today’s (major owwie XD).

This was from a while back. self-timer on tripod and a little stand for the glasses. The only problem with this shot was the reflection off the glasses showed my dad’s hand (he was watching). Otherwise, I think it was relatively successful shot. I want to try light painting out late one day.
